Course Description

Analyzing education practice and relationship between theories and research on music education and the practice of teaching.

Course Outcomes: Students will demonstrate a readiness to assume the responsibilities of student teaching in general, choral, or instrumental music through successfully completing a semester-long, part-time field experience in a suitable public school music classroom setting.
