Conference Quotes This link opens in a new window
Initially called LDS Quotes, this resource began in the 1970s as a card file. The purpose was to help students and others find unique and outstanding statements on LDS topics for use in talks, papers, etc. In 1979, the file was transferred to computer and a print version was bound and cataloged. That first publication included not only conference talks but also BYU Speeches of the Year and some books. Since 1980, only the conference sessions have been used. The coverage is from about 1900 to 1994 listed by relevant topics.
