Tips from Annette at UCI: Robust diversity data for specific companies or industries can be difficult to find. Here's why:
Companies might address diversity in statements, reports, or SEC filings, but they are not required to release their EEO-1 federal surveys.
Industry-specific practitioner or advocacy groups would need to gather and publish more specific diversity data beyond what the US government compiles.
