Fidei ratio (The Ground of faith). Zürich: Christoph Froschauer, 1530.

At the Diet of Augsburg, Zwingli submitted the Fidei ratio as a separate confession, delineating the differences between his theological positions and Lutheran beliefs as summarized by Melanchthon’s Augsburg Confession.

Christianae fidei expositio (Exposition of Christian faith). Zürich: Christoph Froschauer, 1536.

Zwingli wrote this explication of the reformed faith several months before his death in 1531, addressing it to the king of France, François I. Heinrich Bullinger, Zwingli’s successor in Zürich, edited the work for publication in 1536.

Froschauer (Zürich) Bible. Zürich: Christoph Froschauer, 1560.

The Zürich Bible was first published by Froschauer in six volumes between 1525 and 1529. The text consists of the portion of Luther’s Bible translation that had been completed at that time, along with translations by Zwingli, Leo Jud, and other pastors of the Church of Zürich.

Heinrich Bullinger. (Second Helvetic Confession) Confessio et exposition simplex orthodoxae fidei. Bern: Georg Sonnleitner, 1676.

The Second Helvetic Confession of 1566 was written by Heinrich Bullinger, Zwingli’s successor in Zürich. The document expresses the common beliefs of the Protestant sects in Switzerland.
