Trello Trello is a web-based, Kanban-style, list-making application and is a subsidiary of Atlassian.

File sharing - version control; ability to lock and unlock files

Box @ BYU Box focuses on cloud content management and file sharing service for businesses. Official clients and apps are available for Windows, macOS, and several mobile platforms.
Google Docs Google Docs is a word processor included as part of the free, web-based Google Docs Editors suite offered by Google. The service also includes Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Drawings, Google Forms, Google Sites, and Google Keep.

Tableau Tableau products query relational databases, online analytical processing cubes, cloud databases, and spreadsheets to generate graph-type data visualizations. The software can also extract, store, and retrieve data from an in-memory data engine.
