RIPM: Retrospective Index to Music Periodicals Online Archive with Full Text (EBSCO) This link opens in a new window RIPM was established to provide access to eighteenth-, nineteenth- and twentieth-century periodical literature dealing with music. The RIPM Index contains citation inforamtion for over 140 journals. Accessed through the RIPM Retrospective Index, the Archive is the only extensive collection available online for music periodicals dating from the Early Romantic to the Modern Period. The Archive contains the full-text of 70 rarely available journals selected by international specialists.

Database coverage includes the journal literature of the arts and humanities. It fully covers 1,144 of the world's leading arts and humanities journals, and indexes individually selected relevant items from over 6,800 major science and social science journals. Provides access to current information and retrospective data from 1975 to the present.
Audio Engineering Society Electronic Library This link opens in a new window The Audio Engineering Society Electronic Library contains most of the Convention Preprints, Conference Papers, and Journal Articles originally published by the Audio Engineering Society between 1953 and 2003. The library contains over 10,000 papers and/or articles. Each of these documents has been stored in Adobe Acrobat(r) PDF format, preserving the highest possible degree of fidelity to the appearance of the document as it was originally published, while also permitting full-text and field searching.

Bibliographie des Musikschrifttums The Bibliographie des Musikschrifttums online (Bibliography of Music Literature on-line) is an international and interactive bibliography of literature on music. Currently, BMS online has more than 300,000 records of literature on music, provides bibliographic data from 1950 to the present.

BMS includes monographs, articles and reviews from journals, Festschriften, congress proceedings, yearbooks, anthologies and essays from critical reports. Main sources for the BMS editorial staff are national bibliographies, journals, monographs and subject bibliographies. Furthermore, contributions from journals with an interdiscplinary view on music are considered for inclusion. Per annum we check some 600 sources and add approximately 10,000 titles.
