The International Association of Blacks in Dance preserves and promotes dance by people of African ancestry or origin, and assists and increases opportunities for artists in advocacy,  audience development, education, funding, networking, performance, philosophical dialogue, and touring.

The US/Chinese Dance Association has a mission "to showcase and promote the splendid Chinese culture through dance; to provide an exchange platform for our members; to act as a bridge to connect US and China dancers; to record the history of the development of Chinese dance in the US, and those who contribute to Chinese dance in the US."
