  • CINAHL (EBSCO)  
      
    Indexes over 3,000 journals in nursing and allied health back to 1981.
  • Medline (EBSCO)  
      
    Indexes over 5,000 journals in clinical medicine and the pre-clinical sciences back to 1946. This version is updated monthly and provides easier access to MeSH heading searches.
  • Medline (Pubmed)
    This version of Medline is updated every day and has a good search algorithm.

    Search here to find systematic reviews that will give you reliable and up-to-date information on the effects of interventions in health care.
  • National Guideline Clearinghouse
    Search here to find summaries of and links to clinical practice guidelines.
